I think the conversation has strayed from the original point I was debating which was that the board is strategic leadership not operational leadership so Rob being on the board wont necessarily "Help get prime time scheduling of 2 huge derby games next season".
Well we may differ slightly.  I'd think he might have a word, or shall we say a question or two of the operations management, after more than a passing look at what the current policy expects.  But sure, what you quoted might be over-egging it a bit.  We're getting down to splitting hairs a bit now.
