I thought Talay was a great coach for the Nix and did exceedingly well through the whole covid period and at times we played some great football under him (not this season though). After 4 years, it was definitely time for him to move on. His structure particularly the 4222 and tactics were pretty well found out and easily exploited and countered this season by most teams exposing the weaknesses of that system. Particularly down the flanks.
I'm looking forward to a fresh start under Chiefy.
