I hate to be doom and gloom but have we accounted for the Mrs Zawada factor in the will he stay or will he go discussion?

We all know she has just become a mum.  Where is she at in being thousands of KMs from her family and support networks when they are in Wellington?  With them being back home right now, how strong is that magnet in getting her and the baby to come from the Polish summer back to Wellington winter when pre season training starts up again?
