Orlando is probably 2 hour flight at most from San Jose. There will be other Latinos in the team, plus a massive Latino community in sunny Florida full stop. The MLS is a higher standard. I imagine the decision will be a no brainer for the guy if it is two comparable financial offers.
Chiefy being half Italian/half Peruvian likely speaks some pretty good Italiano & Espanol. Handy for recruitment chats.
