It's all way too early to say. Salas has been in NZ 5 mins. Honeymoon phase. Has his wife/partner even arrived yet? He may be a dud (I think not), or be brilliant and then get all sorts of other offers from the ALM or elsewhere. He'll be motivated for the Nix, kiss the badge and all that, but he'll know these next few months are a great shop window for him, as a guy who's never been out of Costa Rica before.
Like a few before, once he starts visiting the brighter lights of Melbs & Sydney, and cops a few windy days in Welly - he may be looking around the league at other clubs with some interest.
