I keep reading on here about the Toxic environment at the Nix. I'd love to see some proof and not opinions. As one whom attends their practices regularly, I watch them coming out to the training field and leaving as well. There does not appear to be any sign of toxicity. They chat, joke with each other and during the practices no one is ignored, left out or ostracised. So if you do have proof please tell us. If anything they all seemed amped up to do their best. Even when Woots & Sam knew they were going, they were still involved with all the fun and games a group of guys do so to speak.
What kind of proof would you like? Circumstantial evidence like "the good players and half the staff have gotten out while the getting was good" combined with "whispers" about the mood in the dressing room is all you'll get

good players come and go. and young staff travel.
end of
the training pitch is where you'd see if anything was toxic, and as LG has repeatedly said, nothing out of the ordinary was seen.

end of?

ok then

end of - until actual evidence is given of this toxic environment, and I mean video evidence or actual comments from players or staff expressing  said toxicity.
Sighting players leaving for better deals and staff leaving a who were ether not retained or left to travel is not good enough to sport the toxic claim.
