So most of these guys aren't moving JUST for money. They are moving for a winning culture and a chance of cups, asian football etc.

It gets my head bitten off for saying this, but there's also moving to go to a warmer city with better shopping and nightlife. Not EVERYTHING is down to "Nix culture"
