Gross. Just like Scott Kuggeleijn, the threshold doesn't need to be 'was he convicted of a crime'. Sexual assault conviction rates are significantly lower than for many other crimes.

whatever happened to innocnet until proven guilty?
not saying the aforementioned Kuggeleijn or Tongyik werent engaged in a beahviour where consent was questionaly given but if they are taken to court and a jury of their peers says not guilty then that has to be the end of their persecution.

I agree, sexual assault cases are tough to prove as it is often he said she said, but there have been cases where the accusation is false or at best regret driven, and no team can afford to be ignoring talent because someone accused them of something.

People aren’t innocent until proven guilty.

They’re considered innocent until proven guilty. There’s a difference…

Sure, but for the purpose of the two named accused, neither is probably 100% onnocent or guilt free, but they were givcen not guilty verdicts in a court of law so that should be the end of an accusations, barring appeals etc.

That's exactly what i said - just shorter. Everyone is considered innocent until proven guily, and I'm well aware that a not guilty verdict does not mean 100% innocent of whatever crime being accused
