Quite a bit of optimism in QLD about the Roar this season. Beaten Jets (3-1), CCM (2-0) & drawn with AFC (2-2) in pre season. Thrashing local QLD NPL clubs. Nononense Michael Valkanis in charge.

All a phoeny war at the moment, but the Roar might be the toughest of that above early season treble for the Nix.
