If he’s the captain and his mind is the coach is wrong, then yes, in public speaking his mind is completely unprofessional.

He’s been a leader within the group all season and a captain for part of it when on field leadership has been a huge problem. It’s all very well to say, oh, Devlin bailed Talay out. Yes, that’s why he was selected- he hated losing and buzzed all over the field making sure it didn’t happen.

The squad has been a bit unbalanced perhaps- no Ifill, Davila, Hemed or Taylor to immediately command respect from teammates and opposition alike among our imports.

Ball, Sasse, Wootton and Kraev have underperformed, but arguably our local senior players have been worse.  (They’ve been insanely unlucky, but also underperformed.)

Old has been unfortunate, but only Elliot can hold his head up as far as locals and consistency are concerned.
Sail’s been good, but not among the best in the league that he was when he started. He has made errors which have put us under pressure too often. It sounds that he hasn’t got the experience to lead a team this down in the dumps.
