I'm still oscillating between him being a Troll or someone who means well but is Autistic/Mentally Ill.
And if he's a Troll I'm not sure if he's a good natured one trying to make people laugh, or an actual dickhead. I'll say one thing though, if he's a Troll he's certainly playing the long game.
