Wellington Phoenix @aleaguewomen have three young Australian players training with the squad in Wollongong; Gemma Ferris, Sienna Saveska and Aimee Hall. Gemma Lewis wanted to sign Ferris but international transfer rules prevent signing foreign players under the age of 18.

Never really thought about this, we can't sign Aussies under the age of 18 cuz FIFA doesn't allow u18s to make international transfers even tho we are in the same league.
