Fantastic turn from Robson-Kanu, but how on earth as a defence do you let yourself be turned like that on the penalty spot.

Wales played better than I ever thought they could. Just goes to show that when you have everyone playing for each other and show some guts then anything is possible.

Pity  England did not show  the same qualities .

So, in summary, the almighty Belgium, 2nd best team in the world, have beaten Wales exactly 0 times in this EURO campaign. And only scored one goal in the process.

Most overrated team in the world by a considerable margin.

They had a ton of chances to be fair.

It is a pity that Wales will have two of their players (Ramsey and Davies)  suspended for the game against Portugal.

On the strength of both quarterfinals, they're in with a strong chance.

While Poland was generally well disciplined and skilled, they did not take the few goalscoring chances against Portugal after Lewandowski's opening goal, and defended too deeply to bother Portugal.   In contrast. Wales played far more positively against Belgium, did not seem to run out of puff as much as Poland did late in the game against Portugal, and what's more important took the goalscoring chances.

As much as I'd love to see it, Portugal have the jammy aura around them that seems to be taking them to the final.

Missing Ramsey will be a big blow for Wales too.

Probably thought a club-less dole-puller wouldn't suddenly turn into a Welsh Messi.

Which one is the wax model?  They both look so plastic it's hard to tell.

So do the results from this tournament have any bearing on the next stage of world cup qualification?

Boateng and Hummels both look like brilliant technical defenders 95% of the time but the other 5% they make basic errors or get caught out of position trying to be flash. I would rather have a no frills CB who does the basics perfectly and isn't error prone - like Chiellini

That was apparently the first penalty Bonucci has ever taken as a pro footballer. Balls of titanium on that man.
