Get the SIL over and have a full meeting the Wednesday after of all clubs that want to be in for 2019.
Some one or other at MF or FS get the head out of the we can't do this or that and make a call that's what CEO's are there for.
* Two full rounds. KO of games timed so as no clash with other football in the city, maybe a task to arrange but doable.
* Draw done at the meeting of the teams that front with $10k non refundable entry fee, If clubs want in let's see the cash.
* No prize money but surplus funds [from entry fee] kept to fund the following year help to fund lower entry fee.. Keep an SIL account $ not lost in the big hole.
* If we don't get 8 teams [with $10K] than it's not worth the effort going forward to try another season of micky mouse SIL/MPL/SPL.
* Hard to get a sponsor when the teams still don't know who's in a couple of weeks from start date of any competition.
* Clubs organise and pay for own travel and digs if req'd.
* Forget the Q sloppy mess from this season and look forward not back.
* Work with the extra clubs to make a viable local league in both Feds that provides for a possible promotion to the SIL via a two game MPL v SPL winners. Winner replaces the bottom SIL team.
