I have had a look at the teams who have qualified for the 2013 FIFA Confederations Cup.
Hosts and Holders: Brazil
FIFA WC: Spain
UEFA: ?? (If Spain win the runnners-up qualify)
CONMEBOL: Uruguay
CONCACAF: Mexico
CAF: ??
AFC: Japan
OFC: ?? (New Zealand will win the OFC Nations Cup)
The possibility of New Zealand reaching the semi-finals I think will be zero because Nez Zealand will have to play either
Spain/Brazil, Spain/Uruguay, Brazil/UEFA, Uruguay/UEFA. Also Mexico and Japan may be difficult. I am not sure about the CAF team though.
