It appears as though a number of A-League players are preparing to sign loan deals during the transfer window in a bid to keep ticking over ahead of the 2010 FIFA World Cup. Craig Moore looks set to join St. Johnstone in Scotland at the turn of the year.
What will happen to the six Wellington Phoenix New Zealand internationals? If they stay with the club until March how much football will they get between March and June?

I guess it depends on where these players can get games. If the AW's have plenty then that is great.
That is why a lot of the Oz players in the A league are heading off to Europe. Gus H has said that any local player that finish playing at the end of the A league would not make the squad when it is picked on the 1st May. It is a tough call, as he will be hard for some of these guys to get a game anywhere this late. Craig Moore is lucky that he still have contacts in Scotland.

I must be going nuts. It is a pity it is not Gus, of course it was meant to be Pim V.
