Hey i was wondering if anyone could tell me if there is a cheap backpackers in welly for the game

either of these, they're both close to everything.

I'll keep an eye on this thread, I've got room at my place but naturally my out of town mates get priority. 

There's also Wellywood which is semi decent, but your best bet for nearest the stadium is Downtown Backpackers - it's right opposite the station and my mate reckons its the best one he's stayed in out of the ones already mentioned.

if you have the money and there is a group of you then there are the Aitken on mulgrave apartments and St Paul's apartments near to the stadium for rent.

There is the new Holiday Inn place in Featherston Street, a short walk away from Wellington railway station.

I've stayed at Downtown Backpackers the last few times I have been in Wellington.

YHA are friends of the Fever, talk to Chris there.  He's a star.
