Mexico beat Honduras 1-0, meaning its all but confirmed Costa Rica will be in 4th.

For Costa Rica to get ahead of USA or Mexico they need one of the following to happen on Thursday;
1: Costa Rica beat USA by 6 or more, or
2: Costa Rica beat USA and El Salvador beat Mexico with a combined margin of 5 or more

Under 1 USA will end up in fourth, under 2 Mexico will end up in fourth (unless something really outlandish happens like CR8:US0 and Mex0:ESal1)

Mexico take the lead in Honduras, if they hold on its all but confirmed Costa Rica will be in 4th.

For CR to get ahead they will need to beat USA by 6, or beat USA and have El Salvador beat Mexico by a combined 5 goals.
