I'm all for it. But I can see why businesses aren't so keen. As the game will finish around 4am, a few hours before people start arriving at their offices.

when Australia won the Americas cup Bob Hawke (aus PM) said that if any boss sacks a worker for not turning up for work that day they are a prick. It became a public holiday. - classic.
