FIFA'S MAIN WORLD CUP BUILD-UP SHOW BROADCAST IN OVER 100 COUNTRIES FEATURES ALL WHITES IN NEXT EPISODE:

WATCH IT ON SKY TV TONIGHT (JUNE 3) 9PM SKY SPORT 3

Next edition of the weekly "FIFA Official World Cup Preview Show"  will feature the All Whites with interviews with and profiles of the players and coaching staff and the qualification story.
Each episode profiles two finalists- this week it's us and Serbia.
It's a show worth following to get a bit of background on the participating teams.

Nice. I was going to post this but didnt know when it was on. I saw the ad for it and it fealt weird seeing them train at Endeavour (seeing as ive played years of football on that ground) on the official FIFA show being broadcast globally. Awesome though, will be interesting.

Just watched it, was quite good actually. Some terrific scenes from that night last November, brought back a few memories.

Also had an interview with Chris Wood as he is apparently one to watch out for at the World Cup. Good stuff.

Was a really good story. Very well put together, a good amount of time on '82 then a lot on the qualifying campaign and the aftermath, then a feature on Wood.
Brilliantly done.

Was surprised to see Oceania qualifying footage on it, even though there wasnt much. And my beautifully lush local Endeavour Park

Was well done- I suspect FIFA commissioned a local to put the footage together and then put their own commentary over it. Some interviews I'd never seen before and was some nice coverage of the '82 All Whites (loved the John Adshead interview, quite rightly proud of his side's achievements as the only team of amateurs in the '82 Finals).
Was neat they devoted a whole segment to Chris Wood as a candidate for "Hyundai Young Player of the Tournament" - and no Serb players!

Yeah you'd think they'd show a Serb player for that maybe Kuzmanovic since they already interviewed him. But, anyway a good piece. With some nice shots footage and interviews.

We need a doco from local media too, I heard there where a few indy film companies looking at pitching to do one titled "'Til the Final Whistle"
