We are miles away from them in midfield, and I repeat Smeltz is ridiculously lazy and not tracking back at all. As soon as we get near then they either fall over or lose it - we seem determined to make them look good on the ball. They are amateurs and we are showing them way too much respect - if Ricki comes out and tells me they are good he is even more deluded than I thought.

Yeah he is absolute quality in the Champioship, links up incredibly well and surprisingly good with ball at his feet. Just not given the opportunity to have it at his feet for the All Whites.
