It's pathetic actually. It really gives a shot in the arm to the let's-get-the-hell-out-of-Oceania debate.

There's some New Caledonian internet radio stations here but they are all in French and it doesn't look like any of them do sport:

OFCTV doing highlights. Probably online around 11pm/midnight.

TVNZ sending a camera. Expect to see it on the news tomorrow as it won’t make it back in time to make the late bulletin.

But yes, other than that the only LIVE coverage is online and twitter.

Just an assumption but my bet is OFC TV pulling out at the last minute Tuesday) buggered the chances of the locals covering it and getting it back here for Sky but that's just wild conjecture.

The closer we get to kick off the more the reality of this situation sinks in. This sucks.

Sorry GGW, but I don't give a rats arse how much progress the island teams are making on the pitch this just shows Oceania to be the footballing back-water it is and we would be better off out of it.

I think Sky have to take a decent amount of the blame for no coverage too - according to the article on the OFC website, networks in Tahiti and New Caledonia wanted the feeds from OFC, but no-one from NZ did...having said that, given the lack of interest from the vast majority of football "fans" in this country, Sky have probably made the right financial decision.

back to the match...i think we need a good win - set out a marker that the Nations Cup results were a one-off. Will be interesting to see how Brockie goes - I think this is the first time he's played a full international as a striker.
