for me folks , it is vital to get a new match in november against any euro minnows or any other team, then get a new coach with good cv, get this squad together, and games and games and games
then you have to bring 5 new faces every year to have a good depth check those double nationality players and convince them asap
bring back thomas and singh , get those players who are playing semi profesional, have a local team and an overseas team and play and play and play
at least you are gonna be in the next wc finals now how are u gonna do it
arrange matches with teams that you could beat to increase your fifa rankings
you have like 20 teams nz could get a win at least

yes any European team in November would be good as they will be free
Whilst a game(s) in November would be great, and is disappointing it appears AWs won't play again until March next year - is a very small window of opportunity in Nov. Is literally only a week between Euro leagues going into hiatus and the World Cup starting.
Also seems that Euro clubs actually don't have to release their players during Nov/Dec, for national teams not going to Qatar. Newcastle you imagine for example will head to a training camp in Saudi Arabia, to appease their big money sponsors.
Tunisia could have been keen for an AWs friendly verus psuedo Socceroos (Australia is a winnable Group game for them) - but think I read somewhere they already have a warmup game booked prior WC.
Anyway Pragnell has made it clear AWs won't play again until March next year, but is then making lots of promises about AWs playing every window thereafter, including some games in NZ. That won't be easy at all, so he's putting his head a little on the chopping block making those sorts of predictions.
oh well from march next year that is still 6 windows until the 2024 OFC nations cup
