Bludger!!

So Transport at Fed square is that a pub or a mini bus ?

Either way I will see you there!

Biggest beer range in the Southern Hemisphere they claim.

Looks like a wholesale plumbers showroom !

Is that off people reading their own ticket or from an official site?

I thought it was slightly better than HD,but not worth a)the money or b) the annoyance of having to wear the glasses. So gets a meh from me.

Allegedly

+ watching 3D tv's for an extended period will absolutely kill your eyesight

btw I heard that less than 20,000 tickets have been sold for the game. Really disappointing if true but just shows the nature of Australian football supporters I guess. PAX isn't accurate here, so not sure which number is correct.valeo2010-05-18 15:46:04

I remember when Sydney had a game and the PAX was really high and then the crowd was around 10k or something.

I heard close to 50k at the end of last week.

If true, 70k seems achievable.

I recall drinking previously at Transport at Fed square and paying a fortune for beers,  they might have every beer under the sun, but they make you pay for them... ~$9Au a bottle.

I'll be drinking their Emerson's at $15 a bottle.

Not too fussed on the crowd size.....thats Australias problem. But if it is 50k with a week to go I would expect them to sell another 20 to 30k. The Socceroos will be in town this weekend and will do some promo stuff which should boost the numbers. Melbourne is famous for people leaving it late for ticket sales and then you get a big uptake on the day.
I just hope there will be lots of kiwis who sit together and make heaps of noise!
