If you can still stand get down to Lambton Quay and give the lads something else magic to remember about it all. The Parade starts at 2.00 near Parliament and goes down Lambton Quay. It finishes in Civic Square with some noise etc. I would imagine the AWs will be starring a bit there as well.

Get down there.

Maybe try and give 'em some chants as they go past. This is also a once-in-alifetie opportunity for the AWs - a big parade starring them (the teeny weeny kids will think its aboiut santa of course) Gordinho2009-11-15 10:26:36

If anyone knows if they'll be at the front or the back, that info would be good.  I can put up with cheers for the boys, but my head won't handle kids screaming for santa.

there's also someone called Santa involved as well (don't know who he plays for tho')

Apparently Leo Bertos is now Chris Killen in that news piece..

Will try and get there, get a few lads down there as well.Azevo2009-11-15 12:33:45

We will never fully decide who has won the football.

Did the AWs actually go to the parade this afternoon?
Was speaking with some German tourists who were waiting for the AWs but didn't see them. They were also miffed that they didn't see Santa either.

 - yep, they were there, just before the Santa parade started (and Santa was right at the end of the parade as per usual)

Paston, Bannantyne, Siggy, Lochhead, Brown, Fallon, Mulligan, Ricki and Bryan Turner were all on the float and did heaps of photos and signings, can't remember who else was there...

The All Whites there were really great.  Was having a photo with Tim Brown and David Mulligan and Siggy comes out of nowhere and lifts me up.  No mean feat considering I'm a (not so) healthy 100kg.
