She's been quite public about being well settled in NZ with her special needs child. Maybe she does go, but it wouldn't surprise me to see her stay in NZ medium-term at least, while her partner is running the academy and their child is primary school aged - stability and autism go hand in hand.
I think there's probably room in the women's game still to share the Ferns/Nix jobs but I doubt NZF would be interested, there are Intl window clashes to consider. Still, clearly we need to do better than Mayne.
