Hoping for nice passing game and less hoofball(maybe due to conditions).  Should be 5 or 6.

Good on TV 3 for getting thru entire sports news without mentioning the football..unless I blinked and missed it.

If you blinked and missed it, so did I. We heard about the America's Cup practice races,  the Western Force and even a new stadium being built in America in 2020, but not a word about a qualifying game involving our national team for the most popular sport/event in the world...

For everyone picking us to score plenty tonight, the tab have total goals over 3.5 @ $2.25 and over 4.5 @ $3.70

The line up and formation was all over the place with Lewis at DM, Smith at LB and Doyle as LM... SKY's football budget apparently not allowing for a 5 3 2 formation graphic?

No overly impressed with Dane so far... getting forward which is nice, but final option, not great.

I think he is doing well for a 17 year old.  Some nice passes.

What did you expect? He is only 17 years old.

If you are old and wise you were probably young and stupid

I expect him to look like he belongs, since he's playing, just like anyone else on the pitch. I don't lower or raise my expectations based on age.

Nice drop of the shoulder before, but would like to see a better cross or two.

Apart from Rojas' free kick, I think the crossing has generally been quite disappointing. Ingham doesn't look out of place (particularly on this department)

Hopefully some of the older, more experienced players like Moses Dyer and Clayton Lewis can put an arm around his shoulder and give the lad some guidance

Agreed on him doing well. Seeing much more of the action than Doyle. Runs, passes and defends well for a 17 yo. The crossing seems to be an affliction affecting the entire team.

Dane is playing great. What a stupid comment. Lewis and Thomas both fantastic. Hats off to Lewis he has gotten much much better.
