They kept playing though which is odd. Was it not dark there?
daylight savings? only 6pm there

Bloody shambles...Noumea have one or two good stadiums so why play in the back blocks of nowhere...makes them look silly as well
Its back on, rather dark with lights starting to take effect
weather looks like Wellingtons
I'd imagine they put it in a fairly remote place to give them some competitive advantage, it's also nice for a small community to get an international game, that's pretty cool.
its good to be back..as far as I can tell.

Could be but there team has to travel the same distance. Playing it in Noumea in front of 16,000 seems like it would be more intimidating.
it's good to have gordon glenn watson commentating

Surely its the same as the Nix/AWs/ABs playing in PN, NP or HB. I've seen the lights go out and power failures at Mt Smart, NH and Waikato stadiums.

I'm nervous
I'm nervous
so's anfony
tuiloma on and we have a back 5
will be real dark there..director will be adjusting light ratio like in close ups.
we're not very good really are we
we have several players with no technique whatsoever
we are slower
we struggle to link - passing is non-existent

Guessing theres no dodgy streams for the dodgy coverage?
Wow. Great clearance.

Happened at Westpac as well.
barbarouses has this annoying habit of waiting until a defender catches up to him before crossing or shooting
it undermines his pace and skill
A draw here means a win and a draw against Fiji will be enough. In reality, a draw is not a bad result in terms of advancing but we should be aiming for more.
that's a lot of spray

and that's by now means a given
lets fudgeing score now
We shouldn't be entertaining any result outside of a win. No matter how rubbish the performance. If the players there are garbage, that's the managers fault. There are better choices in NZ and Europe available.
Funny how people are critical of Brocks lack of goals for the AWs but Kosta is no better.
Is anyone else watching this on skygo?
We are average and being outhustled by an even more average team.

I was thinking Shane Smeltz should be there
Kosta is less of a striker than Brockie and I would imagine he has got a few more assists than Brockie too. The point is still a fair one, however.
Tuiloma's amazing clearance.

Yup. They would have wanted an unstructured dog fight and they have got it.
Is anyone else watching this on skygo?
yes its very average, keeps replaying segments and im not sure if its just part of the coverage
"it just needs one quality pass to open them up" commentator
Actually it just needs one quality pass from anyone, please, just one, no....????
Durante does not need to get involved there.
On a side note, Carton Rouge sounds like a good thing to get.
Like a crate of lion red
