I'd honestly like to see us keep doing this, to make it untenable for FIFA to leave us marooned in Oceania the way we are. A lot of countries will start to complain that we get a World Cup spot by beating every team we play by 3 or more every single time, and that might actually make something happen, something like the top 2 Oceania teams getting to participate in a final stage of AFC qualifying or something like that.
