i got the impression from Baze's pre tour comments that Singh was not close to being fit enough to start

With the exception of Alex Rufer, do you think we will see a completely new starting eleven verses Samoa?

I wouldn't want to see Barbarouses or Payne if there are any remaining niggly injury concerns that could affect them being able to turn out for the Nix next weekend. But otherwise I would expect a raft of changes, and I'm picking 7 - Paulsen, Surman, Pijnaker, Singh, Bell, McCowatt & Waine to come in to starting XI.

Would have gone de Vries in at LB too, but I just get the feeling Cacace wants to play every game he can for us, regardless of opposition. That, and you cant put your two highest profile players on the bench from the outset (purely from a fan standpoint) I know it's only Samoa, but the people turning up are going to want to see the big guns playing.

I'm not even going to go into tactics/formations on this one. As some have already said, the National League sides would beat these guys.
yes I would expect those 7 to get a start against Samoa. Was good to see Singh get his goal and an assist, though I thought he over hit his cross a tad but McCowatt managed to get to it. Want to see him get a start, show his fitness and skill and prove he is back. His club can then start him regularly and get the best from him. Given the weather and it's hamilton 10.5 k was good. Game drifted a bit in second half and I thought Vanuatu went through a patch where they tried to slow it down with substitutions and continual stops for injuries. once our subs started to come on the intensity came back to our play
