Can't get tickets online, tried the office but they don't sell them, tried the phone but they are overloaded.

So much for being a Phoenix season ticket holder - couldn't be more annoyed.

Why can't you get them online?

Just says tickets unavailable and has said that since 9 am. I have used the whiteout2013 - is there another code to use??

I used whiteout2013

I had to log in first to ticketek though, else it didnt work.

I didnt realise the "Phoenix" pre-sale would be Visa only either - had to borrow somebodys bloody card. It didnt make that clear in the literature.

PLAYOFF2013 was for wait list, BRAZIL2014 for visa

Went to Ticketek website, says no tickets available.

Tried multiple different codes, still no luck.

Someone on the forum said to try Internet Explorer instead of Chrome, I'm on a Mac.

10 minutes later, I've installed Firefox and thank god it works in that.

[So, not only do they not support Chrome, but instead of telling you to just use a different browser, they tell you there's no seats left. Most ridiculous error ever.]

Choose White Noise Zone... and then apparently you can't pick specific seats... so I've no idea if I'd be right up the front or right up the back.

Unbelievable.

They've never had this functionality. And you would know if you are at the front or back, as White Noise Covered and White Noise Uncovered are two different seating choices. You must have chosen one or the other.

I finally got through in IE by deleting browser history, cleaning out cookies, history etc and rebooting.

I can confirm though you don't have to use a Visa card, I used American Express and there was a choice for Mastercard.

Had something to do I think with the Ticketek profile, you can't go forward to pay for tickets and you can't go back to clear whatever is blocking it, you have to start again by clearing any connection to Ticketek (couldn't even create a new profile to by-pass the issue). Clearing Cookies by itself didn't seem to work either, perhaps eventually my connection timed out and that let me back in.

I tried Chrome as well and had the same problem.

Last time I picked a specific seat. I know because I picked the same seat as my Phoenix seat.

This worked for me too. First time in FF worked fine, but after I went back to change ticket type it wouldn't work anymore. Clearing everything got me back in straight away.

I genuinely don't know how this is possible given that its not part of the functionality of their website. Unless you rang them last time...

Went through and bought tickets no problem. Patricks link probably helped though.

PAX 11112-11113. more than I thought there would be if that is accurate. Kind of gutted not to have got 11111.

If you've got nothing constructive to add to the discussion, then don't post.

The fact you choose to call yourself Phoenixsucks says all we need to know about you.

From Ticketek on why we cannot have seat selection: "Seat selection slows the purchase process down and with big demand events, tickets get snapped up quickly."

Profile pic. Should you be interested. Lakhsen, on the right, lost touch with him.
Mohammed, on the left, I'm still in touch with. He's now living in Agadez, Niger. More focused on his animals now as tourism has dried up. Is active with a co-op promoting local goods, leather work and bijouterie, into Europe.

No truth to the rumour then that Phoenix Management have snapped up 8000 tickets to be  made available after total sellout, free of charge to the next 8000 people who buy a season ticket.

No hassles for me. Just bought 8. Other than no control over seating, it all worked fine. With all the sell out reports starting to come out I was starting to get a bit nervous waiting for everyone to get back to me, so just glad to have it all sorted. Was a little nervous that they'd hold a whole heap back for general sale and comps etc.
