Brown and Bertos should come off soon me thinks. And maybe even Lochhead.

I think we will always tend to struggle with sides like Mexico, opposition which play really quick short passing games.

Our players just are not use to the speed of play. I think we will do better against Italy etc as they will play at a slower tempo and with more structure. Easier for us to organise against.

20 mins gone in 2nd half, we seem to be trying to play possession, not working immensely well but still

I have watched under one minute of this game - I saw both goals.

Mexico love to take us from behind. That seems to be their only defensive tactic

Lochhead for who?

Dunno who we have on the bench. Umm, where does this Hayne lad play? And, maybe, Barron for Brown. Ummm, I don't really know our bench.

Welcome to the real word De Jong , Ngata and Dewhurst ... your boys aren't the brilliant players you have all dribbled to us all for months

Problems down RB for pace... bring on Hearfield

Not really any cover for Lochhead.  Maybe Old slot into the centre and Smith moves further out wide.

Sod off you miserable troll.

They never made our players out to be worldclass.

And a 1 - 0 win over Idonesia doesn't make Aussie world class.

U me Oughton.  I'd like to think in a few years time Heafield will be an AW with a funny accent.

Whatever , Fallon scores A goal , and suddenly he becomes superman and is nominated as NZ Sportsman of the Year ..  LOL ...

It actually annoys me more that they got a headed goal... until that point I thought we had that kind of attack well covered and were the stronger in the air

Ha the Mexican keeper is wearing a muscle shirt!

Isn't scoring goals, you know, the chief objective of football? Especially ones that get you into the WC?

Nominated he was.  Did de Jong, Ngata, and Dewhurst nominate him?

Piss off.

wee Mac early cross, Fallon headed to Smeltz who tapped it back to him but he was offside by then. Nice move though, in amongst 4 defenders

That's open to interpretation in so many ways. Is it still 2-0? The game is not on TV here?

Mate get a life, if you don't want to say anything positive then don't say anything at all.
You obviously have no insight into NZ Football.
Your first post, hope it's your last.
