There is another thread somewhere where Daniel talks about being available by 2010.

I doubt Felipe will be here long enough, he seems a bit of a nomad.

Dreams are free, but I honestly don't think he is good enough.

Remember that Oz plays a lot of internationals and often needs cover for its missing European-based players. While he's not at the same level as say Kewell, Cahill, Viduka or even Aloisi, none of those guys are getting any younger.

Providing he continues to improve his game and score goals he would definitely be looked at for a green and gold jersey in the future. I for one think he's got potential - you can't deny that his goal last Sunday was brilliant. And good on him for having ambition!

Why would they bother though, when you have Archie, Allsop, Burns, Bridge, Djite, Brosque, Geraldi all domestic already.  Plus another genration overseas like Williams and Kennedy.

I can't see a re-badged Brazilian of mid-level A-League quality being better than what they are developing locally.

Mate, I've scored goals (well, a goal) with a backheel, that doesn't mean I'm good enough for international football. He looks like he'd be well out of his depth.

You forgot Griffiths....

And McDonald I suppose. One thing it shows is what an embarrassment of riches Oz has (damn them). On current form most of those players you mention have an edge, but we're talking 2010, not today.
