LOL as revealed on One tonight, Dave Dobbyn is the official music of the All Whites.

Apparently Slice of Heaven is the official track and Rory wants Dave to play for the All Whites

Must be TROLL (in really bad taste) or a VERY poor joke. C'mon Ahmad, what is it?

The team song apparently is Slice Of Heaven by Dave Dobbyn, and Rory Fallon is said to have asked Dobbyn to come to South Africa and sing it for them, but Reid has said that he should have the choice of the team song on the bus tonight, and he wants some rap - which hasn't gone down too well with the rest of the team.

Man, I don't personally mind Dobbyn. Music is a very personal taste, and saying that "my taste is better than yours" is just so pointless.

What's with the Dobbyn hating? LOL

I mean, this is not *just* because I don't mind Dobbyn - for example if you guys were slamming the All Whites decision to play Shania Twain's "I feel like a woman" on the bus, then while I would agree with your taste in music, I wouldn't feel so strongly that I would feel the need to criticise the team for choosing to listen to her?

I think they should be playing something a bit more thematically 'Kiwi'. Personally I'd love to hear them belting out a chorus of "We are the meat packers, WE PACK MEAT!".

Would also be fun to see Rory F try to play that on his accoustic guitar.

I'm a newcomer to the beautiful game. I don't know anything about the ins and outs of the game. I just watch and support my team. Since joining Yellow Fever, here are 10 things I've learned in the short time I've been around:

1. If the All Whites don't listen to my kind of music, then their musical tastes suck.

2. Musical taste overrides results and goal scoring

3. The media is terrible and their opinions are wrong

4. My opinion is correct

5. It's called Football, not the "s" word

6. Debate about the "s" word is essential to the future and growth of the game

7. The rise of Football in New Zealand MUST be associated with the demise of rugby.

8. Every point about Football in New Zealand has an equal and opposite effect against Rugby in New Zealand

9. In the war against Rugby, if you aren't with us you are against us
