NZ didn't play OFC futsal & beach soccer championships in this year...

NZ played in past competitions,
but Solomon Islands were champions

I hope not. I am involved in both formats and thoroughly enjoy it. There are some fantastic futsal players in this country, especially Wellington. The majority of FA's around the world have seen the benefits futsal brings to the game and have supported it accordingly. Up to New Zealand Football to do the same.

Solomon Islands conceded 69 goals in 3 games at the recent FUTSAL WC.  They also beat NZ, I'm guessing that we're a little off the pace on the world stage!

Normo's coming home
