That seems to be the standard for "first offence" sexual assaults of this nature in the UK, someone I know who couldn't keep his hands off one of his students got the same thing recently

I loved Utting as a kid, true character of the game. Addiction is a terrible thing. Hope he lives a clean and sober life for many years to come.
