If its viable i guess. I dont see much real benefit to it (from a footballing point of view) though. Wouldve been awesome to have aussie here. Just flying players from the other side of the world may seem like a waste of money,tire them out,annoy their clubs,and we'd rather play away where the conditions are similar to what we'd experience at the WC.
From a media and supporters buildup however,itd be great. Too bad Australia dont want to play us...

There is only one fifa window between now and June and that's when we play Mexico in LA. So that means the only possibility would be just before we head off on campaign, but I think extremely unlikely we would fly everybody here for one game just to put them on the plane back to Europe (which is where they reckon the first part of our build up will be) let alone actually find a country worth playing that's willing to send their players all the way here for a "friendly".

Why play an asian team when we don't have to play one in the world cup? That is why we turned China down. Plus it's much harder to get our UK players back.

You could find out whos playing Australia, in Australia (which will happen i guess) then ask them to head over for a game againts us.
