Once we have a proper rectangular stadium built for Phoenix we can give the security the lowdown on what makes football different from rugby, including animated noisy colourful support.

A very long time ago (1982) I attended a league game between Penarol and Nacional in Montevideo - now that sets the gold standard for noise.
