as there are a number of us going over or already over there, is anyone keen to all meet up somewhere on the friday to get the scene rolling?
I hear that a place in bahrain which is actually from what i understand the same hotel as the team does the best brunch (for those not in the middle east, brunches are the big thing here and its jsut free drink and food for 4hours, with bands etc.. bloody good time), or we could do something ,more civilised?
if anyone is keen then drop down your thoughts..this is gonna be one helluva party!!

Brunches are brilliant and need to be experienced by all visiting kiwi's. but a "free" brunch is unheard of????

yea correction there sorry touch.. "free"should really be "unlimited" from what i know the brunch is about 150dizz so 15bahrain whatever currency..
as you say brunches need to be experienced over these ways.. also thinking could be cool if any of the lads are keen to go to barasti tomorrow or thursday night for a couple of ales as i think the miles tour is staying in deira so they will be bored to death so as with a brunch, barasti is also part of the uae experience..

there is a few of these threads going round, so I think one needs to be stickied (oh-er). Can one of the mods do the honours.
General concensus is that people want to meet for some drinks on Friday night, and then again on Saturday afternoon (morning for Feverish). I think that we need to just name a couple of places and times and make sure that everyone is aware of them.
