Probably should be Paston, but I voted for Killen as I think he deserves some love.  He worked his arse off last night and was absolutely immense.  So brilliantly classey touches at times.

Player of the match for me was Ryan Nelsen.

Yeah Paston had 'that save' and Rory had 'that goal' but the one constant at the back was Ryan. He was very well organised, never flustered, never dropped anyone in it and cleaned up a couple of times. His first touch to players is sublime where most would need two and just .... yeah watch the replay.

I don't think it would have been as easy and as comfortable to do it without his play. I read that had he been English, he would have been picked for England and I'm just glad he is one of ours.

Grumpy old bastard alert

Three for me, and two for them.

Paston did more than just the penalty save. He made some crucial other saves, dealt to crosses well and yeah was screaming at the defence all game. Has won me over of late.

Allegedly

Watching the replay I thought Killen was fantastic. He holds the ball up so well and creates great chances.

Nelsen was immense. absolute class. If you watched him for most of the game he was always doing the right thing and always at the right place and his touches were perfect.
