Why have you made it so every time I post Nelsen it's spelt like Ryan. It doesn't help when I'm a Suburbs supporter and just think I've gone crazy by not being able to spell my own club correctly. I get some people can't spell our own captains name right but for those who do this is just frustrating!

It should be spelt Nelsen in honour of Ryan anyway.
So yeah, deal with it.
So yeah, deal with it.
Three for me, and two for them.

Agreed. Time for a petition to the geographic board.

Sorry LG but you are wrong. According to one who should know - his dad - Jeremy was born in Christchurch. Staggering that NZ Football has his birthplace as Nelsen in his official profile. Probably the basis for all the sources you quote propagating the error.

I love Nels0n. Absolutely magnificent place. Brilliant football heritage. Good pubs. Splendid weather. Good people. Batram Suri started his NZ career there. Paul Brydon the best guy ever to sit next to on a long bus journey.

Maybe we should petition Nelsen to change the city's name to Nelsen after the AWs captain and not after the General Nelsen and then everyone on this forum will get it right.

I said that on the first page. Get your own ideas.
