Does anyone have idea where the home game against New Caledonia will be played?
I intend to travel to this game but with a Wed evening kick-off this will require taking two days off work if required to travel down to Wellington (from Auckland) or booking flights well in advance to get cheap fares. Some advanced notice from the NZFA would therefore appreciated.
The longer the NZFA delay announcing the venue for this WC qualifier the smaller the crowd.
It's not as though we are spoilt for choice of venues, presumably the game will be held in either Auckland or Wellington. There will be interest from Aucklanders travelling to Wellington & vice-versa if the game is held in Auckland, the opportunity to attend the game from out of town will obviously reduce if supporters don't have sufficient time to plan to take leave or obtain reasonable airfares.

North Harbour Stadium.
The match is being used as a dummy run for the opening match of the FIFA U17 Women's World Cup Finals, which is also taking place at NHS. This is so any problems can be ironed out in time for the biggie on 28 October.
BTW, might be worth investigating flights to Sydney for the weekend of 12-13 July - can't say why yet!

No, Proak.
I'm disappointed with the lack of vision shown in some of these responses, a view you'll come to appreciate when all is revealed some time next week.

It had better be in Auckland. After the dissapointment of the Fiji game it has to be in Auckland. Wellington will get to watch top new zealand players in a couple of months for the a league auckland should get the all whites.

Smeltzfan, read my first post.
I can assure you that Auckland was confirmed as the venue for the New Caledonia match at the FIFA Com-Unity day held earlier this year, for the reasons noted in said post.
