I think the first yellow was rescinded right? The thumbs up to him after booking Carmichael was the ref admitting that he had got the wrong man?

Man, even luck is going there way with the deflection for the third, but I guess if you are living in the oppositions box you're gonna get a lucky break now and then.

This is embarrassing, Japan are very good but we look ridiculously out of our depth.

Good night from Wales.

This is where McFarland could really prove himself as a coach, or not. Can he stem the tide or wil things carry on as they are? Are there options to improve things?

Jesus we look like me playing FIFA. Pass, stop. Pass, stop. Also being let down by our skill on the ball. Not a great equation.

He needs to get their heads up at half time otherwise it will be a rout, or more of one.

^ and in goes the 4th as I type.

I can't watch anymore.

Poor tactics from us we are defending to deep and the midfield is to close to the defence giving Japan way to much space. It doesn't help that the leftback and the left half are having poor games as well.

We're out, but we need a better second half, for the sake of the players. Limit them and score one or more ourselves, that's got to be the goal. Changes need to be made too.
