If you have time, Jack, could you please run a mock 'World Cup Playoffs' - where the team ranked 1 plays the team ranked 20...5(?), with the higher-ranked team winning, until you are down to the last 32 - then post the countries on here?

So you'll start with 204 teams, then 102, then 56...and let us know what 28 you end up with, plus 4 'wild-cards' of your choice - perhaps the 4 who were 'most hard-done by'.
