any video at all of this anywhere? I might not have been paying attention though...

from the Herald : Henderson produced a wonder strike from 25 metres in the 69th minute to seal the Solomon Islanders' fate.

I'd put Nelsen in the team, but I wouldn't put in Elliot and I don't know about Killen either.  If Killen was on form then yes, otherwise I'd give Smeltz his place, and I'd give Sigmund or Brown Elliot's place.
Brown??? are you mad! Vichelich or Mulligan would go better

Smeltz and Mulligan are good choices, Chris james or Winston Reid would be my other.

2-0 up after 16 minutes...Old and Brockie.

8'- GOAL! Corner from Brockie finds Old and he scores a low shot from close range

16'- GOAL! Jeremy Brockie heads home a ball that deflected and spun off a defender after a shot by Barbarouses

Just heard on Radio Sport that we're about to kick off against the Cooks. Is there any where I can get commentary/text updates? I've got BBC, Cricinfo and Radiosport going for the cricket, but have no idea where to go for the football.

yep, but wouldn't mind a couple more goals in the second half...2-0 HT.

My NZOC prediction is that the women go, but the men don't...just a feeling.

That's the third goal Old has got in this tournament I believe... what the?

I would've thought NZ would pummel the Cook Is., but I guess the heat is a factor.

Actually the impression from NZF with the NZOC selection is that the Mens team will go because of the Fiji tournament conditions and the Women's team needs more convincing than a PNG game. That is why the Oly football ferns are playing against the Australian team in late march. to convince the NZOC.

If they can convince the NZOC that they could reach the second round of the Olympics, they are going to China.
