Why are we getting repeatedly booked but not the Japanese when they have been as bad at times?
Because at least a couple of our ones have been professional fouls when Japan are breaking forward at pace. Japan haven't been committing fouls like that.

Imagine how could this team would have been with Singh in the midfield.
I think Ryan Thomas is an even better player, imagine him in there with Singh as well. Looking forward to seeing our full strength all ages side together again.

What am I watching? Is this the same team as last week? We look good.

Pacing that 1st half defensively in the heat maybe, and now playing for it?

Energy sapping stuff. Japan have dropped right off on the press too, allowing us to string some nice passing together. Did someone say earlier that it's 80% humidity!? Will be some tired legs out there from both sides going into that final 20 or so minutes.

I'd say better attacking but Singh does tend to lose possession every now and then and that would have given Japan a few counter attacks.

3 of our 5 key defenders on cards now. Gotta change something up.

I was more thinking along the lines of eligible players, Bell effectively plays the same role as Thomas did for PEC Zwolle and probably has a higher ceiling (which is a big call). Its that x-factor creative that we're really missing.

Im a huge fan of Bell, the good news is we have plenty of players with plenty of years ahead for us.

If we played like this in pool play we would have finished on 9 points.

If Dingham settles in RB better than Elliott im going to feel pretty smugly justified in questioning the shark he gets on this forum. We'll see now!

Ingham’s first two involvements were to turn over possession.
Hope he settles.

We are getting sloppy and looking for the miracle passes more and more. We need to keep focused.

I still can’t believe we are in this game. Let alone at nil all in the 90th minute

I have to say, I've loved every minute of this game despite what the result may end up being. Hay has been redeemed in my eyes.
