Olympic team in 2016 - year of birth

Can anyone help me - what "year of birth" will be the cut-off for the 2016 Olympic team (Mens)?

I think it's '93 year of birth and younger but still not quite sure

What was it in 2012? Then plus 4?

Rufer Jnr, Ridenton, Adams, Boyd, Harry Edge, Ryan Thomas

While it's early, I don't think Adams, Boyd and Edge will make it but I would like to be proven wrong.

Jesse Edge perhaps but I wouldn't think Harry.
