They're good.
No they are very very good!!!
Youtube them.....they are class. Beat Brazil and Argentina recently. Best player is Roque Santa-cruse who is a striker currently playing for Man City.
The Aw's will struggle big time against these guys. Very fast, technically good and they have at least half a dozen players playing in Europe.

Most of their players play in Paraguay, Brazil, Argentina, and Colombia - but they're class.
Santa Cruz is a great player, not getting much gametime at Man City I don't think.
Fortunately Chilavert's retired as it'd just be embarassing for him to score against us.

Can't say I rate Santa-Cruz that highly, in fact I would say he is unexceptional and prone to injury...
Over his career he can only boast a less than 1-in-3 goals per game, (26%), with only 61 goals in 233 games over the past 10 years...! Not a great return for a 'World-Class' striker, even Smeltzy has a better record, (63%)
Still, he is a talented player, and lesser opposition will make him look better than he is. He will be dangerous but some 'physical' marking should keep him off his game....

Nah, I agree with you, if there's a game in which we get pasted, it'll be against these guys.

Cabanas is their best player. He has been unstoppable.
Botafogo - Rio de Janeiro and Wellington Phoenix, my two teams til death do us part.

Oscar Cardozo has been upstoppable for Benfica and basically every Club he has played for. He hasn't replicated that prolific-ness for Paraguay though. He has drifted a it under the radar even though when he moved to Benfica he cost 11m.
They also have Nelson Valdez at Dortmund although he's never been a top goal scorer, more a speedy support player. So their attack is very strong.
