As well as the prize money available Valcke said that FIFA would provide 24 million for clubs whose players take part in the tournament.
"Every club who has a player at the World Cup will receive $1600 (964) per day, per player," Valcke said. "The money will be paid 15 days before the start of the tournament and to one day after the players' participation in the World Cup ends."

For the Wellington Phoenix with seven or more players in the squad this could add up to more than US$325,000 (NZ$450,000), even if the All Whites do not progress past the first round

Three for me, and two for them.
The amount paid is made on a pro-rata basis depending on where the player has played for the last (from memory) two years. If someone transfers just before the World Cup, their previous club would get most of the money.
