That's the share of WC TV money that gets dished out to competing nations (methinks). Not quite like the big cheesey oversized novelty cheque, but it's a walloping great hunk'o'cash eh?
I was wondering if you get more the further you progress.
it would be interesting if the further you got, the less money yuo received - i.e. no qualification gets the most, and winners the least. ...to each according to their need...

Yeh article i read, players get half. Then the rest goes to NZ soccer. Man that and obvisouly getting to the world cup would be MASSIVE for the sport here. NZ football going from in debt to having around 5million... nice.
